It provides practical and effective solutions so that the team possesses the agility to move between personal interests and prioritizing the team's interests and the public interest to achieve the highest results. It equips them with the tools to fully express their talents, despite their differences.

- Each team member is given a Thinking Codes Leader Report (TA®) - TTL, and is identified by their individual grade in comparison to the other team members' scores in all report points

This report is intended for all teams that have previously applied for the TTT assessment and are looking to measure their progress and development. To achieve the goal, the team provides a qualitative statistical analysis that accurately compares the team’s situation at two different times and shows the performance difference between the previous and later assessments.
